Foundations. We set everything down and clear the ground — because knowing about the method is not the same as living it.

See It

It starts with a decision, not a wish. You choose the thing, close your hand around it, and build it vividly in your mind.

Week 3 · O

Own It

The feeling is the encoding. You learn to lift your mood on purpose, then step into the scene — so it lands as something you have, not something you long for.

Week 4 · U

Unite It

Your signature move, and the sharp one: the language of done. We fuse the picture and the feeling into a memory by shifting the tense. Mid-point re-calibration.

Week 5 · L

Hands Open

Live It, part one. You release your grip on the "how" — and hand the route over to life, which has a thousand ways you'd never think to name.

Week 6 · L

The Daily Remembering

Live It, part two. Consistency — the master key. Big and rare always loses to small and daily. We build the practice you'll actually keep.

Week 7 · L

From Knowing to Being

Live It, part three. The honest audit: knowing versus being. The woman who already has it doesn't think about having it — she just lives. We normalise it.

Week 8 · L

Live the Future

Integration. You take your hands off entirely, allow it to appear by a route you didn't design, and keep living forward. Your final S.O.U.L Score tells the story.
