Delivery & Returns

For orders up to £20,000, Express Delivery is complimentary. We aim to ship your order within 1 business day of purchase with FedEx or Royal Mail unless specified otherwise, pending availability and credit verification.

Please be aware that all deliveries require a signature for delivery.

Shipping Methods

Next-day special delivery, guaranteed by 1 pm:

Same-day dispatch on all orders placed before 3 pm.

Orders placed after 3 pm will be dispatched the following day.

The tracking number will be provided once dispatched.

(Orders placed after 2 pm on Friday or over the weekend will be dispatched on the following Monday. )

Please note delays in delivery due to external forces are beyond our control, for example, weather extremes or strike action by our delivery partners.

If you are unhappy with your Donna Laine’s online purchase, we will be happy to arrange an exchange or full refund within 7 days - please note that this policy does not apply to in-store purchases. We will only accept unworn, undamaged goods in their original box. Please be aware that we cannot refund bespoke or engraved pieces.
